There's a classic cocktail called a Puccini...

2oz mandarin juice
4oz sparkling wine

It's served in a flute like a mimosa...

Here's a recipe for potato wine, but I've never heard it called puccini: http://www.indepthinfo.com/potato/wine.shtml

A recipe for what? A recipe for a wine named after the late opera composer, Giacomo Puccini (1858-1924), made with potatoes?
Weird!
I only know some wonderful recipes with porcini mushrooms.
