Tea Tree shampoos conditioners or oils can help greatly for many people but they leave the scalp tingling a bit. Zinc shampoos help many people. Coal Tar shampoos often prescribed can burn or irritate the scalp. The scalp produces cells that shed off some people in excess because they have conditions. Keep your hair well brushed and clean to help decrease it. Use a hair conditioner after shampooing if possible to prevent the scalp from drying out. Use a pH balanced shampoo and conditioner in the proper pH range of the hair slightly less than neutral on the pH scale. Also a hot oil treatment such as Kolesterol worked into the scalp and hair to help work loose excess scalp with a massage after application and a heat treatment such as fairly warm damp towels being wrapped and applied over the hair and scalp or a heating cap was shown to help my sister greatly who had cradle cap since a child. You may need to see a dermatologist in case you have a scalp condition or infection if these things do not help. The other person is correct you may have a fungal or other problem. Sea Breeze is an antiseptic toner that has been known to help many people with scalp conditions and dandruff but once again it has a very strong tingling affect and be careful to keep it out of your eyes when applied.

Perhaps, but I doubt it would work. Dandruff is usually a fungal infection or Ph Issue. A simple shampoo will work, but you can also look into alternitives such as Homeopathic sulphur, but that could all change if you have diffrent types of dandruff. Just use a shampoo like head and shoulders

Simply mix lemon juice to coconut oil & apply twice or thrice weekly. 3-4 weeks or max 8weeks & get dandruff gone.
Dabur Vatika oil is also suggested.

Jojoba oil or a tiny bit of neosporin is fine. I've always just used antibacterial sope while taking a hot shower to help the stretch and its always worked, if it doesn't then your ears obviously aren't ready to stretch.
