Ok, ignoring everyone using this for religious doctrine.
Science can not prove or disprove if there is a God. As far as science is concerned, the existence or non-existence of God is irrelevant because God has nothing to do with science. Science is about the hows of an event. How does water turn into steam and then into rain? How is the sky blue? How does a computer work? How does a plant grow? Science answers this, the mechanics behind it.
Religion answers the why. Why does water form such a core of our ecosystem? Why is the sky blue? Why is something as advanced as a computer capable of existing? Why can something as amazing as an oak tree growing from a seed be possible? Religion answers this and often attributes the reason to "God".
If you want to debate the existence of a supreme being, look into Philosophy. Religion says there is a God and that's it, the different religions simply can't agree on what God is like. Science doesn't care.

No, you cannot prove that God exists. Can you prove everything? Because when people say they need proof that God exists, then I say, prove all the things that do not have an explanation on this earth, in space, in the universe, about aliens, where did they come from, etc., etc. Do they really exist, can you prove where a black hole gets it's power and where does it pull things into? What is dark matter, we know it exists, it is very powerful, it holds things together, 95% of the universe is "dark matter", but what is it? What about string theory, and the 25 dimensions? What about a parallel universe, what about time travel, can we initiate the speed of light, but wait, wouldn't space aliens or travelers have figured that out? Ok, so maybe there isn't any aliens, but you just cannot say there is no God, because there is not proof. First of all, believing in God and Jesus, is through faith. If you have it, it is wonderful, you have an eternal life. If you don't, you will find out. By the way, where is the end of the sky, what does it expand into, as one other asked. You see, God has all the answers, and when he wants you to know, maybe he will share it with you, Until that time, people will just have to sit and only see the end of their noses, they have to look beyond, and that is just not possible with some "very smart" people, they do not have the brains of a fly....

All one needs to do is look around. Take the placement of the earth, if the earth were just a smidge closer to the sun it would be too hot on earth to have life here, a smidge the other direction and it would be too cold to hold life on this planet, this earth was not an accident . Take the human body, this alone is proof there is a God and we have been created. The placement of all of our body parts in just the right place. If you get a cut your body produces what is needed to scab it over to heal instead of contant bleeding. We have minds that are amazing and no man can say they have completely understood the workings of our human minds. Some say monkeys are our cousins but I have never seen nor heard of a monkey that has given birth to a baby monkey with even one human body part nor have i heard of or seen a monkey give birth to a human. Yes monkeys are smart but not near as smart as humans, after all it is humans that study monkeys not the other way around. I love to look at nature and when I look I see the handiwork of God. But if you really want to prove that God exsists,
determine to seek Him out with all your heart soul and mind, those who seek will find.
There are many prophecies in the Bible that have already been fullfilled check out the following page to see an amazing prophecy
that was fullfilled by Jesus Christ with amazing accuracy...
http://theprophecies.com/mathprophecy1.html
There are many more prophecies in the Bible and the stage is being set now and is set already for more prophecies that were told long ago. These prophecies are exact prophecies without the need to stretch them to get a conclusion.
I pray that Jesus Christ will reveal Himself to you in a way that you cannot deny that He is real and that He loves you.

I find the most impressive proof of God's existence to be the existence of miracles. When Jesus walked the earth, He did many miracles and promised us that we could command any mountain to move with just a little bit of faith. The Bible says God is no respecter of persons, so if He healed one person, He'll heal everybody. It says He's the same yesterday, today and forever, so if He did miracles 2000 years ago, He'll do miracles now. Miracles happen all the time, ask Christians and they'll often have stories. Some of these stories are completely indisputable such as people being healed of "incurable" diseases. These stories are also often reported by the Christian media.

No, not logically. In order to logically prove the existence of god, you would have to construct an experiment where 'existence of god' was the independant variable. You would have to have a hypothesis and then show that the existence of god and lack of existence of god produce two different effects, and then show that the one supporting the existence of god in this universe is the way the universe actually works independant of you meddling with the existence of god.
So no. No you can't prove the existence of your god, let alone ANYONE'S god or gods.

If a person desires to follow the evidence no matter where it leads; then, yes, the existence of God can and has been proven.
People have many canned answers but most of those people are merely repeating what they have heard from other people. There are not many people who have truly investigated this question.
If you want to find the "proofs" of God's existence you will need to be prepared to have your world rocked. I challenge you and everyone to be intellectually honest and get out there and see what you can find.

It is a mythical being - but that doesn't mean that we can prove or disprove - But with what's happening around and the new findings scientifically, it is kind of hard to believe that there is one. The best example is the Asian Tsunami that happened in 2004, where a load of infants died in a maternity hospital - I mean if there is a God, that was a heartless act - he could have created us without a heart too experience something like that - tiers came to my eyes after a long time - it was hard to see :)

It doesn't matter if there is proof or not because if a person does not believe he/she will not believe period. Only if that person wants help and is at a cross road in their life will they even attempt to try church.
Those who are true Christians have been predestinated to know of God.
There is no reason to have faith in something you can not see unless God first loved you before you were conceived.
He will show himself to those he chooses.
How do we know what the wind look like?
We don't. ......
The wind is evident by the movement of everything touched by the wind.
Same thing with God.
If he wants you to know of him..... You will know.
Peace.

no there is no proff god exists it was a book of rules made up by some person who wanted the people to follow these rules. I do not believe in jesus or any god but i can see why it is so appealing if it makes peoples life easier for them to have faith in some high being then so be it i personally do not choose to live my life through a book of lies

Take a walk out of the city and into the country. Look around you at the earth and all its glory. Then look up at the stars at night and glory at their wonder. Now tell me again there is no evidence for God. If their is a creation (earth) there must be a Creator (God).
