Guess I'm in a lot of trouble then since I smoke while sitting down at my desk, while I'm going somewhere in the truck or walking somewhere. I'm not about to quit for anyone.

Well, I don't know that that's true but it sure would make since. After-all, your lungs are expanding during these activities so it would only seem fair that you'd inhale more smoke that way. Do you have an article that confirms this?

Yes because your breathing becomes deeper as does the smoke being inhaled into your lungs.

I think that the results of smoking are the same whether you are running down the street or sitting in your lounge chair...

smoking period is bad for you if you walking or on the go . i havent smoked my whle life but i could get lung cancer by 2nd hand smoke!
