What is it? If it's a name, you cannot Copyright a name, they must be Trademarked. Either way, you have to check with the Copyright/Trademark offices, we don't the resources to know.

It sounds like a part in the beginning of buddhist chanting or praying. I often heard the Buddhist monks in Thailand chant although I do not understand the meaning at all. I do not think this is ever copyrighted.

in my experience, religious writings are not, generally, copyrighted, unless you consider scientology a religion. if the religion that produced this... call for refuge, is it? is comprised of fewer than ten thousand followers, it may, in fact, be copyrighted.
