I live in a 3rd floor shoplot whereby my window faces restaurant kitchen located at the ground floor of the building in front. The workers there just bought a radio and they place this radio facing my window. I guess that sounds travel and its beginning to irritate me. How can I get them to change the radio to face inwards or at least lower their volume ? Please help I'm going crazy without any peace and quiet after a hard day at work !

1. Tried to talk to them, and they turned the volume up after about an hour. Once they crticisize me.
2. Would like to closed the window, but I live in Asia, and it's blazing hot. I would like to have A/C on but it's gonna run my bills high.

1. you can talk to them politely about it
2. if they dont lower their volume, close ur window
3. if u dont want to do that, call the police.

Go and knock on the door and tell them that you know they never would have had it up that loud if they'd known you could hear their music, but you've had a long day at work and need some rest. Explain (if necessary) that you appreciate their right to enjoy their space as they wish, but that freedoms extend only as far as their overlapping those of another.

Return the favor! Get a radio of your own and blast them some music that you think they won't like. My husband did this with some previous neighbors. They were blasting Spanish style music and he blasted Ozzy Osbourne! They never did it again.

Then tell them "if I so much as SEE you losers with another radio, you will BEG for the sweet release of death".
