There are herbs at the healthfood store, several and one might work for you. Also running a small current through your brain I read works. Check that out b4 you try it. You know at the work place input (social stuff) is more important than output. Hardly any ever gets canned for output reasons. Ad vancement thats different. It might be nice not to have anyone jealous of you. I'd like to try that one time for a year maybe.

Read, listen, observe, learn, and practice. Eating right and exercising can help also. A healthy body makes a healthy mind. Don't worry about achieving their level, as you will attain an appropriate level in your own time. Worrying about it will only make it harder for you to learn and improve. Relax and absorb all the knowledge you can.

IF you have the intelligence required, practice makes perfect. You may not be as smart as those about you, and that is not going to change...IF you are as smart, it will take a while, but use your brain every day BIG TIME. I play bridge every day to keep mine honed...works very well.

Constantly challenging yourself, but not with the same problem over and over. Variety is important.
