i don't mind a bit of chilli. I'm not too fond of the heat factor but I do love the taste. Don't believe it when people tell you that dog don't like chilli cos both my collie & staffy have managed to eat my plants

I love the taste and the flavor of home made chili. I don't like it too very spicy but with just enough spice that it tastes good. My mother can make the best all the ingredients seem to go together nicely and she doesn't put spaghetti in it like most do. I may just be werid but spaghetti is a whole dish to itself, if it's in chili the chili is ruined. However, the best thing about it is how it warms you up on a cold winter day.

Chilli is the tastemaker for any food. I like green chillies for theri flavour and tast.
Now, scientifically speaking -
chilli, is the fruit of the plant Capsicum from the nightshade family, Solanaceae. The name comes from Nahuatl via the Spanish word chile. These terms usually refer to the smaller, hotter types of capsicum; the mild larger types are called bell pepper. They are now grown around the world because they are widely used as spices or vegetables in cuisine, and even as medicine.
Nutritional value of Red Chillies. Red chiles are very rich in vitamin C and provitamin A. Yellow and especially green chiles (which are essentially unripe fruit) contain a considerably lower amount of both substances. In addition, peppers are a good source of most B vitamins, and vitamin B6 in particular. They are very high in potassium and high in magnesium and iron. Their high vitamin C content can also substantially increase the uptake of non-heme iron from other ingredients in a meal, such as beans and grains.

Yes,I love chili,I love to crumble up the crackers in the chili,it seems like it makes it taste better. The tomatoey taste also works for me,somedays on adventurous days I will add some grated cheese and maybe some sour cream. It is especially tasty with a tall glass of iced tea on the side.

I love chill - the flavor, sauce AND the kick! I love that you can have it mild or as hot as you can take it. I prefer having all meat, but I do enjoy it with some beans and lots of onions! Homemade is always better. And venison chilli is delicious!

I love chili, I mostly eat chili in the winter. I prepare it in a crock-pot to cook slow all day, the taste and flavor is off the chain, and its so filling. eating chili on a cold day gives me an awesome kick!
