It's "their", "menstruation", "they" and "pregnant".

Not all women have regular cycles.

Some women have anovulatory cycles, which means for one reason or another, they stop ovulating. One condition is called PCOS. It can be caused by stress, hormone imbalance, obesity and other issues. Research link for help on this topic at the link below.

Stress, extreme dieting and menopause can cause the menses to stop.
