Meal: Roast Pork with crackle, roast potatoes, pumpkin & sweet potatoes, peas, corn & don't forget the gravy & apple sauce.
Drink: A good red wine like Merlot or one from peace winery in SA. They make a mean red that is mixture of 3 or 4.

Drink: A good beer (Montejo, Guinness and Old Speckled Hen are excellent examples here)

It's a tie-grilled steak,baked potato with sour cream and green salad OR fried chicken,mashed potatoes,cream gravy and green beans. Both made at home.

I would have to say that the meal I had at Maestro's' in north Scottsdale Arizona last year was probably one of the best I ever had, and I am sure that friends, family, and the dear ones who treated us to that fine exquisite meal would agree. Thanks again.

Kielbasa, sauerkraut and new potatoes steamed together. Serve with rye bread and lots of butter, and of course a beer to go with it! Don't forget the mustard. Yumm yumm!
