Is there any place in the US where I can find a "small single" size bed? A "small single" is 26 inches wide by 80 inches long. (a "single" at 30" x 75" might work too, but I'd prefer the longer dimension.) I have a limited space to work with, and this is the size that would fit. They appear to be quite readily available in the UK, but I have been unable to find anyone who sells them on this side of the pond.

sorry i dont know where to find a (26''x80'') bed but are you like 4 feet tall because who could fit on a SMALL BED?lol

Contact a local mattress store in the area and ask if they know where and how you can get a hold of a custom made mattress.
I just recently had a custom mattress made for an antique bed. A full size was too small and a queen was too big. Check out the sites below because they make custom mattresses.
