She CAN get divorced two times. If she marries a third time...no. So she better make the 3rd husband the last. However, she can probably separate but a divorce would not be granted. She has a grace period of about 3 months before she can remarry...but her future spouse must give her more time if there's any possibility of reconciling with her ex. Check the Qur'an!! Allah gave instructions for all of life.
It is a book fair and beautiful dictated by Allah thru his final messenger Muhammed.
There is a special reference to non muslims that do come to islam in the Quran that Allah is oft forgiving most merciful of past iniquities. In this case say...if a christian woman was say married 3 or 4 times previously, converting to islam she could most likely remarry a muslim.

yes she is allowed to remarry.

when a couple plans for a divorce, the first thing is, either the wife or husband can opt for it, if they are unsatisfied. second NO DIVORCE IS VALID WITHOUT A VALID REASON. u just cant divorce someone without a reason.

after the divorce is in progress, they should (the split couple) wait for 3months, without having any out of wedlock relationships. this is becoz if the couple regains their love in these 3 months, then they can get back together.

but if unfortunately the couple plans to go seperate ways, then a muslimah is allowed and has the full right to remarry. infact now a days u can see divorcees and widows remarrying. it is against islam to lay down and opress women. Men who dominate and torture women are cowards and will be dealt by Allah on Day of Judgement and there is a severe punishment for such oppressors.

remember, there was a time in hinduism when the widow was burnt alive with her dead husband. the practise of sati. and in early years of christianity, they used to shave a widow bald, so that she would not remarry. to prevent these cruelties and to justify the equality among men and women, Islam said that a women when a widow has the full right to get married.

Yes but depending on the reason for divorce to get married again after some time just in case she may be pregnant.

In case of becoming a widow the time is longer as she would be in a deeply troubled state so the time frame to get remarried is longer.

In Islam marriage is a contract where two adults agree to abide by each other in certain rules, which include taking care of each other and their children in a stable, peaceful, loving home. Divorce is allowed in Islam under extreme situations where two people can simply not live together any more, after the intervention of friends and family from both sides.

The pronouncement of the divorce statement is supposed to symbolically cause the throne of the Most High to tremble, as it shatters a family and hearts and breaks away families and its a very negative activity, which is allowed only under extreme circumstances. When there are children present, divorce tears them from the arms of a natural parent, regardless of who they are given to. This also has lasting impact on them. They will never trust their own spouse, knowing what happened to their parents and thus a lot of negatives arise due to divorce.

Once a woman or a man is divorced, they are both free to marry. In the case of women, they have a restriction of waiting for a specific time to determine if there is a chance of pregnancy. After it is clear that the woman is not pregnant, she is free to marry again.

If she is pregnant, then she has to deliver the baby before she can get married again and the man has to bear all the expenses of the pregnancy and this can again build a chance for reprochement between the man and his wife. Also, it would be hard on the woman to search for a husband with a new child to take care of, which will disrupt her new married life with the new husband, as the child will constantly be reminder to the new husband while taking care of the child from the previous husband.

In the animal kingdom the males regularly kill off the offspring of another male. Among human beings this tendency is suppressed, due to our advancement, the laws in place, the societal pressures as well as police enforcement.

Occasionally a child is abused by the step father and sometimes by the step mother. Many a classical story is centered around this phenomenon. When the new father turns on his step child, it puts a lot of pressure not only on the child, but also on the mom if learns about it, as they have to combat the second husband too, after having gone through a first divorce.

In any case, a Muslim woman/man is indeed allowed to marry again after divorce or after the death of the spouse.

Upon marriage a woman DOES NOT BECOME TH E PROPERTY of the man, thus she retains her name without having to change it, nor is she less than a man in any way. Their relationship is equal in the sight of the Almighty, althoug the nature of their jobs as defined by the laws of Islam are different in the affairs of society. The job of women is to nourish, nurture and firm up the future of the society and raise good children from the very beginning. The job of men is to allow women the freedom and peace so that they can do their job in peace, by them taking care of the mundane, by working and providing an income so that the family is provided with food, shelter and clothing as well as to defend them from physical threats so that the future of a family and society is assured in the larger scheme of things. Men are also required to guide their children by being mentors and help them in adjust to society and assist the wife in these things so that their children are well adjusted members of society who are equipped with all necessary means to establish their own families and continue the process of keeping the Worship of the MOST HIGH well established, and the system of the Laws of God as understood by Muslims alive and healthy!

I hope this makes sense.

Yes, she is. As long as the divorce is official and finalised by Muslim authorities. But she has to wait at least 3 months before marrying again to ensure that she really is not carrying the child of her previous husband.
