Someone graffitied all over it. But I finally decided to ask what to do about it. I tried using a type of rubbing alcohol today, but that just made it darker. It's a type you put on legs after you finish waxing them (I was desperate to finally get rid of it.). Is this dark stain going to stay? Is there anything I can do about both the pen and the dark spot? Thanks in advanced! :)

I can't throw it away. It's my picture in my eighth grade yearbook. ;)

To begin whatever you do dont put bleach or any base chemicals on the photo, that will surely destroy it. Same goes with acid based chemicals. The best thing you can do is to have the photo reprinted. You can have the image scanned in photoshop and then fix it using the magic stamp tool.
However, if you want to take a more analog approach to it, you could try to use this biotic cleaning agent called white wizzard which uses no chemicals but natural enzymes and oxygen. The stuff is amazing, it can take oil stains out of white pants and is harmless. You can look for the stuff online as it is not sold in stores.

picasa is a Google's photo software. It's what should've come with your camera.

It can Edit , organise and Share you picture and small video flips.

It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google
