I made the effort- but how do I shift this my blues?

Yetreday it was my birthday(34). I had cards, and the odd pressie & phone call . Yes I know - more than some people get. I had taken annual leave from work. Felt down though.In the evening cleaned myslf up met up with people from work. I was more alone than ever, tried to tlk to people. Yep- I also wanted some female company that night. This morning I still really feel down

Well...life is full of dissapointments..but you said one thing correct...you did get more than some people get ...and you are alive, and young..and have many birthdays ahead of you...probably later in the future, you will look back at this one and say, well, that was my worst one...Next year will be better...Don't get down...things can't always be the way we want them...Just be thankful for what you have darling when you get to feeling like that..count your blessings...God Bless

You have to pick yourself up and see yourself as you want others to see you. If you have no or little confidence in yourself then others will view you the same way. And always realize that no matter how many problems that you may have, there are always someone in the world in worse shape than you. So be thankful with what you have and utilize what you have so that when better comes along, you will be able to appreciate it more and have it longer. With the female company deal, maybe you can invite a co-worker or acquaintance over after you get her trust and she see that you would like friendship and not is solely after sex...unless that is what she wants also!!!

Oh the dreaded precotious mid-life crisis...young single male, my heart goes out to you! Is this post really a euphimism for 'im lonely' and not getting any younger? Drop wot you probably consider 'high standards' and ask out the less than perfect girl.Sometimes 'bargain goods' fulfill our needs more subsantially than the ever elusive 'perfect girl'. This is the easiest way to fill your life.
