my work mates and me went for it,its a very strange sensation one of my mates chose coffee i had peppermint after it none of us complained of pain but what came out was a laugh and a half,i also lost about 4lbs and had no bloating for about a month
lets just say it was an experience

I had one prior to surgery; be prepared for it to be uncomfortable. Not the irrigation itself, but you have to hold the water in for a while and then when you start to void it and all the "stuff" that comes with it, you can have some pretty severe cramps. I wouldn't call it much of a treat. The effects might be beneficial in cases of severe temporary constipation, but don't make a regular thing of it, OK? Your body needs to establish a regular rhythm of elimination and this will mess that up.
