get some heavies to warn who ever is doing this to keep away. chances are the police can not help. and if they could it would take too long. get some friends to pay them a visit. I'm not condoning violence but just scare them and tell them to pack it in or else.

If you feel that this person is harassing you, stalking you, or in any form threatening you .. then get a protective order. Video this person driving by your house as well to present to the police if need be.

If you know the guy and he is stalking you, you would probably need to get a Protective Order keeping him 500 feet away from address. The police can enforce that regardless of the public street thing. If that doesnt work, throw a bunch of roofing nails in the street.,HAHAH

Keep a notebook and every time he drives by write down the time and date with any luck you can prove harassment. This should work unless you live on a busy street or a corner.

It is illegal if he's stalking you. If the police won't do anything, put up a spike strip and pop all his tires. Then, he won't be able to drive past anymore :)

If you suspect someone stalking you, you need to report it to the police. He or she could also be cruising the neighborhood looking for a house to rob.

Do one of the sensible things suggested like video, counting etc.

Do not take action against him directly to harm him or any of his property like some others have suggested. It could be considered that you are the one who committed the criminal offence and you don't want that.

If you think he is stalking you, and you have proven it to yourself, not to your emotions, you might want to get someone you trust to help you make a sane decision then use proper evidence and present it to one of the authorities, i.e.: lawyer or police.

Hope this helps, be careful, don't let your mind play tricks on you.

Some info on why you want to do this would help.

If it is someone trying to intimidate you then a restraining order can be taken out, but only if you can prove that it is deliberate intimidation.

Otherwise you will just have to put up with it

im a police officer, senior inspector of crime, working at central police station. if u can, get the registration number, from there we trace his location (where he lives) and then we inform him not to carry out such thing as driving up and down the same road.
