There are some numerical discrepancies in the Qur'an:

ONE: 39:73, 41:30 [the Garden], 57:21 [a Garden], 79:41 [the Garden], or
MANY: 18:31, 22:23, 35:33, 78:32 [each time: "Gardens"]?

The plural "Gardens" has to refer to at least three because if it/they were two, then the Arabic would use the dual form of the noun. Therefore this is a discrepancy of at least 200% from "one" to "several".

and if "the garden" is "a garden" consisting of many "gardens" each of which can be referenced as "a garden". ..then why can't you beleive that there are 3 parts of God...Jesus, Holy Spririt, God...that is three...but Christians say that is one...

Peace to u.
though i cannot give u a good response in this matter, as matter of factly i will state :
i dont know!! but for my knowledge i'll ask some one who knows regarding it. So, thank u for asking this question, 'coz it will help me to raise my knowledge further abt Islam, and i Do believe that ALLAH(GOD) has a certain sign in It, that we (Muslims) most commonly overlook, but thanks to u, u pointed out sthg that we Not commonly Notice. also, it might have sthg to do by "not so correct translation from Arabic to english".
anyways, it is possible to say that "a large square contains many small squares". But to say Jesus is god who came as human, but is still god, is like saying "a square becomes a circle, but it still is a square". Confusing, ain't it?? And, i agree with Poki Poki response.
Peace to All.

There are not 3 separate parts. Only the Catholics believe that, and some Protestants because we came out of the Catholic Church.
Jesus IS God's word, and Jesus IS God. God is not separated from His Word. God's Holy Spirit IS God too. God is not separated from His Spirit.
You are you. You are also your words. You are also your spirit. But you are only that one YOU.
Jesus is called the Son of God, because He was born of a woman virgin, Mary. This is how He is also Son of Man. The Holy Spirit, (God), overshadowed Mary and impregnated her, Jesus, is the offspring of that union, therefore Jesus, (God's Word, -God-), was made into flesh. The Lord Jesus said, I and the Father are One.
As far as how many gardens are in heaven, does it really matter? What is most important, is that we get the chance to see for ourselves. I am awaiting the day to personally count them for myself.

I suggest you go down to a mosque and ask a teacher there. This is to safeguard what the Al-Qur'an is actually trying to say. For all you know, the Garden could be refering to another thing altogether.

Besides, while the 'Net might help you get extensive, expansive and instant answers, chances are, they do not really answer your question. So, I reiterate, go to a qualified Muslim teacher and ask. I'm sure any one of them are willing to help =)

Hope my answer helped c",)

Peace be upon you too.

I dont know, Garden/Gardens. weak!! Where in the Bible does it say there is more than one God? Where does God say Jesus is my companion God. Thou shalt not take any other Gods before me (one of the prophet Moses' commandments sent by God) Jesus called men to worship our Lord God...he never said worship the other God 'Spirit' and me God "Jesus" or God my Dad. It is true that Jesus is a man and therefore cannot be a God but he is a very special prophet in the Qur'an but he or some spirit is not in a trinity of Gods to be worshiped...That is blasephemy. Check the Commandments.

in mine there are thousands ,and i have made quite a few of them ,
but i am a Pagan and we believe that this planet is Paradise ,which we hope to enjoy whilst still alive
to us to have to die to enjoy a garden is a ridiculous idea ,you would only be good as compost by then
i would rather be eating, loving and drinking, when i am not talking to my friends.
