Honey is a good glazer for any food, just brush it on in the last 5 or so minutes of cooking and it comes out crispy and glazed :)

Marinaded Fish

6 oz Almost any fish
3 tblsp Honey
1 tblsp Soy
1 tblsp Sesame Oil

Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and Marinade fish
Let set for about 2 hour or longer if possible
Bake 10 min in 400 degree oven for a glaze finish.
Garnish with chives or sesame seeds.
