I am 72 years old! Four years ago, I suffered a Aneurysm. It developed over a four day period. When I finally went to the Hospital because of severe headache, I was sent to the eye doctor, just for check up and was from there rushed to another hospital that did the surgery! Less than .0001% of the population survives an Aneurysm, too, they do not develop over time. You just have it and die on the spot PERIOD.
At he same time, they found that I had prostrate cancer, in the end of the third stage. That was found because I had to change jobs and the new job required a complete physical - 38 days of radiation therapy, not to mention three operations on the spine and two total hip replacements.
I can walk 12 miles with ease. I have all of my mental functions.
In reality I should be dead! You want to talk about being blessed?
Should I mention serving two tours in Vietnam, the last during the TET Offensive?

I'm from BC Canada, I had a lousy childhood and came away from it an emotional zombie, I just didn't feel anything, worst of all I didn't even know I was messed up, I thought I had to walk down the street with a mean look on my face so everyone would leave me alone, the girls I dated never meant anything to me, absolutely no emotional response at all.
The second Jesus entered my heart a weight the size of a house fell off my heart and I experienced real joy, real happiness for the first time in my life. That has been the biggest blessing, the biggest thing period in my life, I'll always be thankful

I think your idea of a blessing from God is wrong. I don't know your history or background.. but I don't think preachers go around handing people their checkbooks. Believe in Jesus is not a lottery ticket to riches. Therefore, i feel there is something very wrong here.
I have been blessed by God, but i guess i'll save it for another day.

Mine is very simple, but a true blessing. Several years ago several things just broke down..we replaced them and soon my oven went out. We didn't have money to get one..so I prayed about it on my way to work. I simply said Lord, I need a stove..I am not asking you for a free one, just help me find one I can afford that is a good one. That day on my lunch, I went to a yard sale, I noticed a stove and it had no price on it. I asked the woman if it was for sale and she said yes,,would $10.00 be to much. I almost fell on the floor. It was a one year old kenmore oven. It was in her daughters house when she bought it. Her daughter wouldn't use it, so after 2-3 months they bought a gas stove and put this one in the garage. When I came home I told my husband and he was making fun of me for buying a $10.00 stove. When he went to get it, he could not believe what I got for $10.00. The Lord answered my prayer.

Just ONE of the really major ones: I was instantly healed of ovarian cancer, and the child in my womb was saved as a result; doctors had dianosed my condition and said my baby would have to be aborted. My beautiful, Godly son (taller than me, in fact) is now 15.
We rejoice with you, Steven. God is always doing a new thing-- in wonderful, surprising ways. No one has the authority (or ability) to limit what He can or will do.

God has blessed me greatly. I would really have to tell my life story for the depth of the blessings to really be understood, but believe me! He has worked some miracles in my life and I KNOW HE LIVES!!!!!!!

God gave me a special child. So he was touched by God. So I know he will go to heaven. God sent me an Angel. Worth more than any monetary value. Now if he can get me there. lol:-)

God actually miraculously healed my arm just this week. It had been practically un-usuable for over a week, and I was reading "God's Smuggler" by Brother Andrew, and suddenly--I had full use! It was so awesome!!! Praise God!

See, if a Christian ever did anything like that for me, maybe I'd think about it.
