The text is actually a passage from the medieval kabbalistic script known as the Sefer ha Bahir.

That is a very difficult and old Hebrew. I myself, as a Hebrew speaker, did not understand the whole idea, but that is my translation to this passage:
"For what is that the righteous man whom there befalls well, and the righteous man to whom there befalls evil? For this righteous man has already been an evildoer and has been punished, and for his adolescence; so said Rabbi Simon that the heavenly court does not punish but those who are twenty years and more, he said to Yah "please do not judge me during my lifetime, but after been 'previously'". So said his friends "how long will you dull your sayings"? He said to them "go and see a 'what-is-it-like' allegory: it's like a man who planted a vineyard in his garden in order to nurture grapevine but instead he has got spoilt fruits. He saw that his saplings did not succeed and he cleaned the vines from the spoilt ones and planted for the second time. He saw that he did not succeed, so he uprooted it and planted several times more. He said to Yah "for a thousand generations, that has been written (Psalms 105, 8) the Torah was commanded to a thousand generations, and he was the one who said, 974 generations have been missed and 'the holy one blessed be he' has planted them each and every generation."

this passage has to do with 1 RAV SIMON (must be read as SHIMON) regarding a good straight believer that on one hand he's reward with good things and on the other hand with evil things and trouble. and the statement is that this man has been a crocked in his youth and he couldn't be punished by god before the age of 20. and to explain it, he's bringing an example of a man that planted a wine yard and failed several times till he put his Faith in god for generations to come

it simply means "we will win the war, Hezbolahh will lose" Im not jewish or Isreali, but I support them. Get those terroristic bastards!
