If you set to global Max upload rate, it will be faster but it will take up all bandwidth and you can't surf other things from internet.

There is also one tip to make it faster. normally Internet providers (ISPs) will block the standards ports used by P2P software like bitcomets.E.g for bitcomet, ur standard port is 6340.

If you change it to a random port no, then filtering by ISP servers will not work and you have faster downloads.

Bitcomet depend on how speed bandwidth you have on your connection, so set the option on the max and bitcomet give you best performance, for upload you can't set it less than 3kb/s.

Good luck.
