Well i got a fever last night, it didn't let me sleep. All night i was tired and delusional... freaky night =|
Anyway if it happened another time, especially another friday night, i'd just stay in bed all day. Problem is, i need to be awake and study today, quite importantly. So should i just pour gallons of coffee down my throat, or is there a better way?

Coffee is one method or a Double Latte from Starbucks , or a six pack of redbulls

Have a little coffee in the am to start your day, continue with loads of gatorade and H2O, take naps if possible. Sorry to hear about the fever and the best thing you can do is rest. If you are studying for a test, believe that you are going to pass as 90% is mental!!! And if you have kept up on lectures/class, you should be able to score a passing grade... at what level is up to you

Try the red bulls for today....but for next time get a pack of herbal over-the-counter sleep aid with Valerian. It's not addicting at all. It helps you relax and fall asleep. I have kids and need all my energy to take good care of them each and every day. I had the same problem when I was sick. I couldn't sleep because of the coughing. Finally I bought Valerian extract in capsule form. It truly helps you fall asleep faster. You don't wake up drowsy at all. It's good to have it in your home, because sleep often doesn't come when you need it most for the next day....it's like a vicious cycle...anxiety> hard time falling asleep>sleeping during daytime>not able to sleep at night. Once you get back to your old sleeping habit just stop taking it.

if you do that you will become dehydrated. drink some gatorade and do some stretches. if you need nrg that badly go fro red bull. less caffiene to dehydrate you but it compensates with other stuff.\\

Lots and lots of water, some yoghurt and fruit, lots of chocolates and a little coffee. But don't you ever miss on your sleep later on.
