I do lot of exercise and i follow strict diet also but my tummy is not reduced so far. but my bmi is in ideal condition kindly advise

Hey,

Good to hear your following a diet and eating healthy aswell as exercising cause those would of been my first tips for you. In order to lose weight you must burn more calories then you eat.

As far as your stomach being larger its impossible to lose weight in one spot which is also known as "spot reduction" you have to lose the weight everywhere.

The reason your stomach is larger then the rest is all due to genetics some people it goes to there face or there butt. Continue to exercise regularly and eat well and it will come off.

To loose body fat you need to modify your behavior. IE eat less fatty foods, eat more Veggies, and move more.
a 20 minute workout, or run in the morning followed by increased water consumption will result in loosing fat. I suggest 25 stomach crunches daily for two (2) weeks. Increase to 100 by the end of a month with a 20 minute arobic workout in the morning and you will feel and look great.

first u must stop the intake of beer n other alcoholics n u must not sit at one place try to do rotating stretches n do a lot of jumping n work on abs n do skipping then ull see some result

Just take tea about three times a day...be away from oily things...the only thing u ahve to do is to walk....walk as much u can n u will be surprised ...i also did this n happy to reduce it now...

swim....and every morning breathe in and breathe out such that ur tummy tucks in when u breathe in and tummy tucks out when u release ur breath...follow this daily...in a month u will c the difference

jogging, but don't go for surgery unless the doctor says so. even so, 2nd opinion important.
