can i get a free download for routing in europe?

am looking for a comprehensive autorouting/roadmap for europe, am currently running microsoft autoroue 2006, but, i find the maps for France, Italy and Spain to be not very good!!!

Go to AGIPs website www.eni.it
See if that answers your question. I use it all the time. Click on english, then look for Planning your trip (left side of window).
