is really cute. I mean ok i need a cheap place she is offering rent really cheap. I met her once or today and she is realy hot and here is the thing my friend set me up not on a date but a roomate so that rent is cheaper he gave me the indication that she might come on to me because she is lonely. If this chance persents itself i dont know if it would be right to do so here is why... The hole basis of roomate for me at the time is to have cheap rent so i can finish college if i get involved and things dont work out the obviously i would have to move and i dont think i can get any cheaper then 200 a month in rent should i not or should i do get involved if the possability arises?

Start looking for another place. Of course you shouldn't but you are putting yourself in a position to fail. That's way too much temptation. Most people can't handle that type of pressure. I am a Christian and if I were single I am not sure if I would be able to handle that type of pressure. The best advice I can give you is to just pray that the opportunity doesn't present itself because if it does, you're going down. No pun intended. I will be praying for you. Peace and God bless.

Boy! That's a tough one, you are in for the ride of your life, if you move in with her, then you should know what the implications of this can bring many complications, if you don't want to ruin the living situation, then you do not, by any means get involved with her, and you must know this way in advance, if you choose to go the other way and get involved with her then, you need to know in advance that you are taking a big risk, first of all if she is attractive, it's obvious, some guys might be over or sleep over and you won't like that, even though it is her place, if you get feelings for her and you both end up playing games, then the situation will become unbearable and you won't be able to study or do anything because the tension will be too much, (been there done that) and it wasn't fun, if on the other hand you are patient and wise, get to know her, show her a lot of respect and swallow your pride and if she dates other guys, and you go with it, and she ends up being your girlfriend later on and you are exclusive and have great communication and fall in love, then you might consider marrying her, Does that scare you?
It is a complex situation, if for some reason you only want to be very objective about this and see it for what it is, you will have to really keep your distance and see it for what it is a business relationship, roommate situation only, without going there, you have to be strategic about it, or else you will end up moving else where and moving is stressful, you can make this work, but you have to be consistent and not mix things, have you ever heard people say business doesn't mix with pleasure? It is very true, many times it can't be mixed, unless you end up in a lucky situation.

I just don't understand why you have to start thinking on these lines , when you are there to just study and get good results. See you need not to be conscious about other things , just carry on your life . If for the sake of fun , different things happen just let it happen , but you should not involve emotionally or sentimentally , as a friend also you can live a joyful and a normal life . Just relax .

Whatever happens happens. You guys can always just be "friends with benefit" right? You don't have to get into a relationship. Make sure though where she's coming from. What if she does want a relationship and you don't? Make things clear if you guys are to be friends with benefits.

then dont get involved,if you feel that this might compromise your arrangements with rent then dont do it, now if you guys fall for each other and you decide to bang it..lol..then just let her know that you dont want anything to happen that would have to make you leave..lol..because you cant afford it..regardless i think it will so just dont do it..

if you can afford to pay higher rent elsewhere, do it but if not just be her roommate. you don't have to sleep with her just because she is lonely. are you that weak??
