That's what Bush would like to do -- except starting with Iran. Our President seems to think that God talks to him, to tell him to do these things...uh, yeah, it is a very real danger. The "fundamentalists" do want to bring on "end times". Pretty arrogant, if you ask me.

I agreed with your first 3 paragraphs. In response to your last two questions about bombing Mecca, I think that would have been an incredibly stupid error that would have united the entire Islamic world, as well as a lot of other nations against us. It would have been such a fundamental blunder that even our current administration would have known not to do that...... at least I think that is true. I think part of the problem is that we have cowards everywhere. Most of us are not willing to stand up and admit our government has been terribly wrong about foreign policy matters lately. Most Muslims are not willing to stand up and denounce the Muslim extremists that are subverting Islam. Playing it safe is not going to keep on working. Some people must tell the truth.

personally i think its stupid to let a country like USA even HAVE nukes thats like giving a baby a bloddy rocket lanucher, yet they rush into countries sayin its justified beacuse they THINK there are weapons of mass destruction there, even tho thay have W.O.M.D in their own countries and yes i know its also bad that other countries have nukes but that is instead like givin a bully a rocket launcher which in that case purposly wants to use nukes to harm another country but any bully can be controlled with enuf allied froces to stop them from using the nukes, whereas the USA wouldnt give up theire nukes even if a mass group pf countries allied to tell them to hand over there W.O.M.D

The target is the center of Islamic fascism , Tehran,Iran. add Syria if you want but they are mostly just puppets to thier nazzi brothers.. Nuke? No. MOAB? Maybe.
While it's true that destroying these holy sites would enrage a billion people, it might dishearten them more to see that Allah allows these holy sites to be destroyed without doing anything, this proving himself impotent. It might be the type of demonstration necessary to quelch the religious zeal leading to terrorism.
But I'm certainly not sure of that. It seems risky.
