There is no such thing. Love is not something that you can force somebody into. Take a look at 1 Corinthians 13:4-7.
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."
If something that beautiful and wonderful could be bottled as a potion, do you think you'd even have to ask to see if it existed?

At least one, yes. Don't worry. You'll either make up a good one on your own or learn how to deal with rejection. Both are valuable. For a first-time love magician, I recommend a dance-based spell, but you're on your own for embellishments and the change-up where the regular dancing turns fancy.
But don't cast any love spell unless you want to love and be loved, because breaking a love spell is a pain in the RRRRRRRRRaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!...

1. Lend an object to the person you are in love with.
2. If they fail to return the item quickly (which is a good sign), then obtain/borrow an object from them. A necklace is best-especially if it has a natural stone on it. However a watch, ring, book or any other personal item will do, especially if they carry it on their person.
3. Having obtained the object, keep it for 1, 2 or 3 days. If it is an object that will not be perished by water, place it in the most beautiful glass receptacle you can find, covering it with water. If water will damage the object, then either bury it in rock salt (or normal salt) in a glass container. Failing this, wrap it in a red cloth with three clear quartz crystals and then place in a glass container. If it is a very large object place it on a glass plate.
4: Prepare an altar in your favorite, most spiritual place. Place the glass container with the object in it on the altar. Leave for 3-4 hours in darkness at night.
5: The next night, place your favorite incense on the altar. Suspend the object above the burning incense, ensuring that the smoke flows over it. Leave in this position until the incense has completely burnt away.
6: Return item to owner. This should result in the beginnings of a relationship between you and the person--but be aware, the signs can be very subtle. I thought the spell did not work until three weeks later I found a tiny note in my coat pocket.

LOVE SPELL
Materials Needed:
1 pink candle
1 bottle of 100% Virgin Olive oil
Something to light the candle
Process:
Take the candle and place it on a table or your altar.
Now take the olive oil and rub on to the candle starting in the middle and going up, then starting in the middle going down. While purifying the candle with the oil you want to recharge the candle with love and desire, so visualize love and channel all your emotion into the candle. After the oil is finished, take a knife and carve what it is you want into the candle.
EXAMPLE: I Wish For Sally Jo Ann to love me
After finished writing in the candle, simply light it and concentrate on love and throw as much emotion (love) into the flame of the candle as possible, you may even want to add words if you wish. Sit and do this until the candle has burnt out. Once the candle has burned out, the spell is finished.

you will not find a responsible Pagan or Wiccan that will give that to you.
however i can help you to gain self confidence and reliance.
once you have gained these things you probally will not feel the need for spells to make people like you because you will truly like yourself and when you like yourself people see that and respond to it in a positive manner.
