I would like to know if we as a society are eating more fish than say, 10-20 years ago

i'm not sure, but with the high levels of mercury being found in so many kinds of fish, it's probably best that we cut back a little...especially if you're pregnant or thinking about it.

Because fish is good for health. i.e. if we eat fish it protects from heart attack and it is good to eyes and also it is good that which we can gain knowledge.
