I have a bad breakup recently, a very upset one. Tomorrow is my b-day, I thought he won't remember this year, I knew he wouldn't call me tonite, but I couldn't accept the fact if he really doesn't. Sad.....I dunno, my b-day is approaching but I feel more upset this year.....

Go out and buy the book "It's called a breakup because it's broken," this book is amazing and helped me out when I broke up with my boyfriend. It will remind you that you are an amazing person and that there is life after a breakup. I know it doesn't seem like this now, but you will see soon enough that everything will be okay. Don't let a man ruin your bday! There are too many things that will make it great! Like the sun WILL come up, birds may sing, you could see a rainbow.....blahblah. Yeah I need to work on that myself sometimes but if you stay focused on all the little stuff that's positive and important to you then it makes it not seem so bad.
