Oooo... I can't wait for the answers to THIS one. The fundamentalists not only accept that there were dinosaurs but that they exist with us NOW, here on earth. And that they were on the ark with Noah (but as babies or eggs, not full grown because they'd be too big).
Strange but true.
To the answerer below me... I have a moral conscience all on my own, without threats or promises from an unseen god, thanks. You should try it sometime. It's quite freeing.

Oh so this is how you think you will win an argument?
If you look at where the dinosaurs are located then you will see that there were not many located near the people of the biblical time. Yes, they mention "monsters" and that could be dinosaurs. However, I believe that they dinosaurs were wiped out when the Great Flood came. A day for us could be a million years for God, which would explain the dinosaurs.
I believe that the earth is older then what people say. I believe that the earth could be millions of years old.
However, we have proof that the dinosaurs existed. We also know that Wooly Mammoths existed. We also know that there was a civilization discovered in North Carolina that has been dated back 50,000 years ago. Proof. All proof.
Can you prove he evolution theory? Can you prove the big bang theory? Theories that's all they are. In order to have a theory you must have faith. Did you know that scientists have dscovered that Europeans have 5% Neanderthal blood in them. They said that they wasn't and intermarriage. However, they haven't found any Neanderthal in black people yet. A theory is an idea based upon belief. In truth, God is a theory. But you can't always prove everything. As I just gave an example of. Scientisits just disproved their theory about evolution from all races.
Anyway, what was the point of your question again?

Actually the bible does have dinosaurs in it. It also has giants in it. Your facts are totally wrong. Carbon dating is inaccurate. Did you know that the tests they preform while confirming a approximate age of something have no proof. For instance the skin of a live walrus dates 10,000 years old. The thing is still alive how can it be 10,000 years old. Or to put it simple. now listen closely. A water mellon is 98% water and a jelly fish is 98% water and a Cloud is 98% water. Well in carbon dating they add up the same. We know they are different because we can see them. So you take science and measure something that is dead and make a judgment. Just because it makes sense on your scale does not make it so. Now take the creatures you are referring to. Where are the bones of the ape man. There are many Dinosaur bones there should be thousands of Ape man bones. Where are they. So who believes in a fairy tale.

I am a Christian, I suppose that is what you are labeling a creationist. I believe in the existence of dinosaurs. As stated previously, the Bible does mention a large animal with "huge legs [are] like beech trees". In Job 40:15, God says that He created this animal.
I don't understand how you can attack the Bible so vehemently when you don't even know the contents. Try reading Job 40:15-24.
Behemoth is the name of a creature mentioned in the Book of Job, 40:15-24. In Hebrew it can be rendered as בהמות, Bəhēmôth, Behemot, B'hemot; in Arabic بهيموث (Bahīmūth) or بهموت (Bahamūt) .
The word is most likely a plural form of בהמה (bəhēmāh ("animal")). It may be an example of pluralis excellentiae, a Hebrew method of expressing greatness by pluralizing a noun; it thus indicates that Behemoth is the largest and most powerful animal.

Do any of you have a concrete proof or even wonder why did we ever become more knowledgeable than the rest of all the creatures that ever existed in on earth? And why does it seems that only humans are given the tasks to continuously study the earth and all that is in it and even beyond it? from where and how did we get that responsibIlity? Why is it that we did not just exist and then die like the animals who merely survive from preying on one another.? Someone even said last time that Dolphins are more smarter than man. If is so, why is he not the one sitting on your computer and asking this questions? As Christians, we respect scientific proof because this will lead us to understand more about our material existence and as Christian we will grow more to understand how to live RIGHTEOUSLY because that is the image of God formed in us to make our apelike shape be called man. An ape without a soul ( or consciousness of what is right) is just an ape. But with spirit of Righteousness the ape becomes a man.

They have no coherent answers to anything. Dinosaur books helped me to see that creationists are wrong at an early age. I began reading some at age 2.5, Mom says. Her father was a pastor. One of his books said creation was in 4004 BC. I later learned that was Bishop Ussher's figure from his Bible study. At age eight or so, I had dinosaur books that said earth is 4,700,000,000 years old and dinosaurs lived about 250,000,000 to 65,000,000 years ago. I could see the dinosaur books had much evidence, while Bishop Ussher had none. I knew more at age eight than such people as my father and my oldest sister ever will about Earth's age ... and many other matters.

Some scholars say that Genesis 1:2 should be translated as "and then the earth BECAME without form and void" instead of WAS without for and void. This would indicate a time interval which could be billions of years.
Or it has been said that the 7 days of creation were not 24 hour days but long epochs of time.
THe age of the Earth does not have to be indispute with the Bible. But it doesnt really matter anyways. Christians should be concerned with being Christ centered not worrying over such a trivial point. Believing one way or another doesnt make you a better or worse Christian. So who cares..

The bible mentions all sorts of monsters.
In Genesis, God created the Heavens and the Earth in 7 days. My pastor and a few other Bible scholars I have read, think that the "days" were actually eons. Millions of years. Years that the dinosaurs lived.
Christians don't deny the truth of Dinosaurs. At least the sane ones don't.

Wiped out by flood. Too many scientific proofs for that. A nice example is at the Denver Natural History museum - they have a marine mammal in the process of giving birth. Lots of fossils of animals, dinosaurs, etc. killed and ultimately fossilized as if they were killed in a moments notice.

The dinosaurs believed in a God named Fred. Modern day Iraq and Afghanistan have a lot in common with the old dinosaur God "Fred".
They all live next door to rubble.
