I am picking up two new female kittens tommorrow morning. These kittens are in need of some names. I normally let our children name the pets, but the hamsters are Mario and Luigi, the bird is pickle poop becuase her poop looks like pickles (they say), the dog is named Sampson and out older cat Goliath. Even the fish have matching names (characters from Nemo). They've been putting their heads together all night and have come up with nothing. Please help with some suggestions.
Should let you know Thelma and Louise are out, as well as Lucy and Ethel....the kids don't know who they are.

Learn the cats personalities before you stick a name to them. I have two Rootbeer and Rolly Polly. Rootbeer liked rootbeer when he was a kitten. And Rolly has always just rolled around on the floor. At one time I had a cat named Newie because she was the newest cat in the house (she adopted us by coming in the door one day). It was New Kitty on the Block, shortened to New Kitty and then finally it was Newie. And the name fit her personality.
So, when you bring the two kitties home watch and play with them for a while and a name will come to you. I've had cats from the time I grew up and still have cats. Rootbeer and Rolly are 14 years old which means I was 12 when they were born. Names always came to us when we figured out who they were.

Be careful... I had a friend who named her cats Fric and Frac...when Frac died, Fric became a difficult name to explain...
I have an Oreo & Twix, and Mario & Clawed LeMew (after the hockey players, just spelled in cat-terms). I also have a cat named Moo, because he's black and white like a Holstein cow with a large, bovine-sized head.
I like Bananas and Peaches (or some like combo), and I like alfawolfette10's suggestion of Snickers and Chuckles, or Izzy's suggestion of Hope & Faith.

depending on the color of the cat i guess but i have always loved lion king so simba and nala ..even though thier both girls lol hey i have to simbas 1s little simba and 1s big simba lol i also like the names iisah and sahara iisah pronouced like (eyesayah) not from any movie but they seem so unique and arial and ursila from lil mermaid lol good luck hun! whatever their names will be ill bet theyre gorgous!
