I don't judge a girl's beauty based on skin color, hair color, eye color or any other means of variation in appearance..I look at them and I either think they're attractive or not. Alot of women have their own beauty.
Now what I find REALLY attractive is a woman who is sensitive(seriously, so many I meet act so mannish) and caring in their personality. That Displays g/f material...and beyond.
