Yes it is ok. Kittens are like humans they loose there baby teeth and grow a set of adult teeth.

It might be a milk tooth and yes it's fine if she loses it. If you're really concerned, just pop over to the vet. It's better to be sure than to be worried.

Make sure to give her a quarter when it comes out! :)

if it is a young "kitten" it is ok if your cat is a little older(1/2 a year to a year) then you should take it to a vet.
