Any girls that I know or meet are not interested in me, Yet the girls that seem like they are and flirting with me are always in a hard spot to ask out (Working in a store, Around friends ect.) How can I go about asking them? (After all I do not want to creep them out).

You can always give them a note with your number on it asking them to call you later. Then you can ask them then.

JUST BE COOL AND ASK DO NOT BE AFRAID TO ASK IN FRONT OF HER FRIENDS OR IF ITS A LOT THEN PULL HER TO THE SIDE ALONE.... TELL HER THAT YOU FIND HER VERY ATTRACTIVE BUT BE SPECIFIC LIKE HER EYES OR SOMETHING SMILE SOMETHING.... INVITE HER TO LUNCH OR TO DINNER DEPENDING ON HOW OLD YOU ARE.... BUT ALWAYS START WITH LUNCH... IT WILL BE EASY FOR YOU.... HAVE FUN AND GOOD LUCK...
