Head is mind-blowing it knocks you off your feet. And a ******** just gets the job done in my opinion.

As far as I know it's the same thing. Some people just say head some say *******. If there's another diff btwn the two besides the names i'd like to know.

Erm.. I don't think there is one, but I may be wrong. I believe it's jost a 'clever' name someone's made up, which sticked, and people are using it now.
