He lives four states away. We've been seeing each other for nearly five years. He's told me twice that he's moving out here with me (I moved out last year). But he keeps coming up with excuses why he has to put off coming. But, he really does love me....

that's a yes/no question. don't rush him into it because if you do a highly percent chance that its not going to work out and a lot a feelings are going to be hurt. So wait till he's ready. And another thing if he really say he loves you and you have been with him for 5 years and you all plan to move with each other then you should answer the rest.....................do what your hearts tells you not what your mind thinks.

OK he loves u. Then but he shud even undrstand u.
He shud not make u wait for more than a month to make a serious commitment if he loves u. Whats the prb? Ask him. Be besides him, support him, there might be some prb, and if not, then he is giving some fooling excuses, just to make u wait more and more. Best way is talk with him.

Well, it depends on how long you're willing to wait. But think about this, five years is a very long time. If he loves you, then what exactly is holding him back? Hope things work out for ya.

It doesn't sound good.
Maybe he is not planing on moving out there with you...
Maybe he is not sure about what he wants...
Or maybe you should tell him that you are moving to where he is and wait for his reaction.
Sorry, but sounds like he is married with kids or something.

errr... ooopps... if that guy really loves you there are no reasons for him not to get close to you.. if he really loves you he can't take it not to be by your side always.. but if he can't do these things you two guys should have a communication always..
