I have pondered this question often and done some research. I feel that it can be equal or the scales could tip to one side or another. If there is a good balance between the person's temperament and their life experience they would most likely be equally important to the development of a person. On the other hand negative or overly positive aspects of either nature or nurture can shift the effects of one over another. Too much, psychology divides things into this or that. Many theories can be combined to explain the incredibly complicated process of understanding the human experience.

Heredity is also an environment but inside our body. But in conventional sense, Heredity = 70 and Environment = 30.

I think environment plays the bigger role. You can take a baby from a bad situation, and with good parents, they can accel in things they do.

Combination of both. You're typically a reflection of your culture, but your physical traits also make up much of what you are.
