I got out of a relationship and Ive been single for 3 months. I cant get the factor of love and wanting it so badly out of my mind....what in the heck do I do? Is that normal to just really want to make a girl happy again? To put a smile on her face and just...be in total bliss everytime you see it?

it is normal but dont rush back in again can end up worse off just relax and enjoy what it is now it will find ya when least expect it and be the best ever, good luck

Completely normal. I used to feel the same way..but then I got sick of waiting. So I gave up.
My advice. Don't give up. Its better to be searching than to have lost all hope.

To make a girl happy be her friend first. Than work from their if you want her to be you girlfriend. But she doesn't need to be your gf to make her happy.

meaningful relationships are thayt way the question is would you feel the same way if she felt that way about someone else and you could see her face light up when she sees them
