No. I've heard many names for mothers in my dating life. Usually, Mom or Mother, sometimes Ma. But, Mommy, although seemingly infantile on the face of it, is just as legitimate.

No, I call my mom mother, I don't know if thats weird or not, but yea. Some people just have different names for the parents. It's normal.

My daughter is 30 and can call me Mommy anytime she wants, as long as she calls me. It's none of your business.

Okay, I'm not a guy, but who cares? It's a habit that's hard to break if you've been using it for most of your life. It's perfectly fine for either gender in my opinion as long as they don't have to depend on that parent in order to live.

Not if my girlfriend was rich, in shape, and beautiful, I wouldn't care, but she would have to do me as well. Other than that I would be weirded out, LOL.
