Yes actually. I lady I knew worked with dying aids patients, many of whom were homosexual. Many of them were unable to control thier bowels. Everytime something goes in there, it stretches out the muscle and weakens it.It can take a few times but it will happen with enough "use". It isnt like a vaginal muscle that is extremely elastic.

Coprophagia? That's disgusting. I think I have coprophobia. I have an aversion to 5#!+. Anal sex can stretch out your rectum, and make it harder to control your defecation, so in a way - YES, you will defecate uncontrollably, like a horse with diaherria.

No, you will not deficate uncontrollably. Afterwards, you may have the urge to go, but it will not be anything extreme. And it will have no long term effects at all - unless of course you go to incredible extremes like doing it constantly and using larger and larger objects !!! But normal anal sex can be very pleasurable.

If you have anal intercourse once, probably not. If you have it all the time, there have been cases of bowel leakage due to loss of muscle control. You have a network of muscles and nerves back there that prevent this from occurring. This is the anal sphincter's job. Just have him go slow, use a lot of lube and you'll be OK in a couple of hours.

Most people develop hemorrhoids eventually. Anal sex can cause hemorrhoids to be worse and to heavily bleed.
