Is there software to obtain burning rights to music I've downloaded?

I just downloaded some music off of "Urge" from Media Player 11. I just tried to burn them to CD and it tells me I have to purchase burn rights. Is there software out there that I can obtain that will let me work around this issue?

Man I hate DRM. I get all my music from allofmp3.com. It doesn't cost much and has no DRM. I have never used urge, but I believe it is a subscription service, and that you have to pay extra to burn. Don't you love the RIAA and Microsoft?
