My local water at times is very sweet and other time really tastes of chlorination and other times feels like it strips the lining from my throat(but not often). What do you think of your local water quality?
I don't want to know your address but roughly what area of the world are you from. I am just interested in this sort of stuff.

I just love drinking water

Most of the water in Delaware is nasty! Besides smelling and tasting like chlorine I'm sure it's full of those scary chemicals that the good folks at duPont have saturated our ground with. I had a filter installed and when I am not at home I drink bottled.

I live in Missouri-I also love to drink water and think my city water tastes fine. I hear a lot of people say they can't stand the taste of water-any water-and I just don't get that. Did live in west Texas once near an oilfield and you really couldn't drink the water-it would kill plants-even had to get bottled water for pets!

I won't recommend drinking unboiled water directly from the tap in where I live. Closer to the beach the water tastes brine, in downtown sometimes it has strong chlorine scent and leave chlorine deposit on your kettle after a while. In uptown area it tastes better and fresher.

Awesome water in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan. The water plant is on the lake, and about 3 miles from my home.

The bonus of living in the Great Lakes State!

Living in the Southwest we have tendency to have hard water, how hard, well you can stick a spoon in the glass and it will stand up on its own. How hard? You use the ice cubes to hammer nails.

Is it tasty? Yes especially if you like sulfur

You will never get dishpan hands for soap never bubbles

where is this lovely water? Why, Phoenix of course

Our local water has been of pretty good quality, even my children's docotor says there's nothing wrong with the quality of water and that it is fine for drinking, but I still don't trust it. The good/bad new is that I don't like drinking water, wish I could enjoy it more. Ohio-U.S.A.

I live in Coventry in England and its horrible here. It tastes of chlorine all the time and you get limescale all over the kettle and taps. Its so unfair, I have to buy bottled water all the time....

Im in the central U.S. and we have our own well. Our water is great. A little hard but it has a nice taste, or should I say, it lacks a bad taste.

Goddess Bless!
