How should I go about getting a girl friend. I am kind of shy but when I say something all the girls think it's really funny.

I don't think you need to worry about getting a girl-friend. You seem to be liked (unless they all laugh at your antics and think you are a clown).
Just be yourself, and someone will come along who will start liking you for who you are. You don't have to make a girl laugh all the time to make her like you. Wit can help, but it's not everything. A well rounded person will find someone with things in common and the two will build on that.
You can't always time it just right, either. Sometimes, you'll be lonely. That's part of maturing. Just go with the flow, and good luck.

Just be yourself and give it time. Don't try to crack too many jokes and never be serious, cause this can be very annoying to women. Know when to be serious.

talk more to them, establish a friendship, then suggest spending more time with them.
