i wouldn't try to "charm" them, it sound too much like schmoozing, but defiantly be genuine( if they don't like you for you then to hell w/ them anyways), show interest by asking about her not just talking about you, show ambition, old fashioned manners are always a plus,

Let's see, my lowest standards call for these...
1.) Funny- If you can make a girl laugh things will go a lot smoother
2.) Smells nice and is clean- Come on most girls like their man to at least smell nice
3.) Of at least average intelligence- If he's not a total dimwit, then he's tolerable
4.) Je Ne Sais Quoi- To have that special little spark that is hard to name.
So basically be yourself, all guys posess these traits somewhere

Kindness, sincere kindness, not just being nice so we will like you. Sense of humor. Most girls like guys who love animals & children. Not saying they want to have children, but just seeing a guy interact with a child is really sweet. Guys who are nice to their parents & don't talk bad about them. Don't talk negative about anybody, unless it's mutual. You just have to be an all around good guy. You can look like the elephant man & still be attractive if you have the right personality.

I want a guy who is serious but easy going, Knows what he wants but doesn't flaunt it. Who loves to love and be loved. A guy who not only has thoughts about you, A guy who is willing to try everything atleast once

Well what I like about my boyfriend is that
1.HE listens to me when I talk
2.He know show to make me smile and laugh all the time
3.He's very playful
4.He likes to take me out on dates...It's so cute!!
