All Taco Bell chicken in the US originates from the supply chain that supply KFC: I know that there is one in Michigan, one in California, and one in Arkansas. It's all chicken.
There are not enough commercially-grown frogs in the US to supply Taco Bell with all the meat it would need.
There are fewer and fewer frogs in the wild each year, as their habitat is being drained and cleared for development, and runoff from farming and from roads increases the levels of toxins in the water. Since amphibians need to live in water during part of their life cycle and because they have permeable skin, they are sensitive to changes in the water.

i hope you are kidding. first of all i live in Texas and frogs are not that abundant. its a rather dry climate, we have some toads but not many frogs. second of all agencies like the FDA, and city health inspectors would not allow something like that. in other words if they were servingfrog, it would have to say frog.
