Fornication is having sexual relations with someone without being married to that person. That doesn't mean once, twice, or three times it is talking about any time..if you don't wanna be a fornicator then don't do the act at all if you want to change that means you did do something but you are changing how you live..

It's a seemingly harsh term to apply to someone, but technically, he could be that, or even an adulterer. If someone has sex with someone who is married, that's adultery.

I think the term derives from the old testament, but the commandments uses the term "adultery". Apparently, fornication was rather rampant, and most of the great men of the Old Testament had not just wives ( plural) but also concubines, and slaves ( with whom they could have sex until they got engaged). I don't think they were very civilized in those days.

i'm guessing this is from a Christian perspective? because the bible says to be guilty of even a TINY part of the law is to be guilty of the whole thing. don't lable the person "fornicator" instead start thinking about how much grace and forgiveness means that jesus came to give it to EVERYONE--fornicators included. jesus also said "go and sin no more" when he forgave the woman at the well, so if this is your belief system and you truly believe it, then don't do it again.
