The only people that will go to hell are the unsaved. The ones that have not trusted Him as their personal Saviour. But, the Bible says he is not willing that ANY should perish. God doesn't want anyone to go to Hell, it is their choice if they decide to not believe in Him. No matter who they are, even a fornicator.
P.S. HELL AND HEAVEN ARE AS REAL AS WE ARE!! Given a choice wouldn't you choose eternal life over eternal death in a lake of fire???

No. I believe that God never told anybody anything. Heaven, hell, the Bible, and "fornication" are creations of men.

Nobody really knows exactly what God said, we only know what people SAY God said.
Ask yourself this: why would God make us the way we are and then punish us for it? If you were the creator of the universe, would you be worried about fornication?

the bible also says go forth and be fruitful, if you do not fornicate there will be no pregnancies, no pregnancies= end of man. In the catholic religion birth control was not accepted, and neither is abortion in most religions. So you tell me fornicate or not? I will take my chances with fornicating *wink*

If they ask for forgivness then they will go to heaven, If not there is a special level of Hell with a space reserved for them.

Since Hell seems to be a creation of the Catholic Church to scare their followers into observing the beliefs of the church, I would say the asnwer is no.
I don't know of any other religions (other than the various branches of Christianity) which believe in Hell. I don't believe Hell either.
My answer is "NO" to your question (And that's my final answer!)
