Both. I think anyone can find themselves in this situation if they are lacking something in their relationship. It does not make it right but its just a reflection of something wrong with their marriage. But , there are those who just cheat for sex and its not emotional and do it all the time, and they are pigs, i think these types would more often be men.

That go's both ways even now adays if the male is faithfull and the woman is not then the woman is the cheater thus if the woman is faithfull and the man is not then the man is the cheater.

they both are, not all of them but it seems like more and more all the time, they all have diferent reasons, some insecurty, jealous some just full of themself, then thiers some that dont!!
