Elena and Noel names are very common names in my country. People I know for Elena is female and Noel is male. It would not be easy to recognize if the owner of the name "Elena Noel" is a female or male. Its better to make the Noel sounds and spelt in a female name: Noelle, Noeli, Nowelyn, Noelyn, Noemi.....

I think this is a very beautiful name.
Elena, a 3-syllable girl's name of Greek/Italian origin, means: Light.
Noel, a 2-syllable boy's name of Latin/French origin, means: Birthday; born near Christmas.
Nicknames for Noel are Noella, Noellyn, Noelyn and Novelia.
You might want to consider the spelling "Noelle" to make it more feminine.
Other names associated with Noel are Noe and Noelle.
"Light that came down at Christmas." I don´t see anything not to like about that!
