I need a translator to convert a phrase to Elvish for a tattoo. Looking to translate:

Faith of the heart,
Strength of the soul

In the real cursive Tengwar font.

Elvish is a generic term typically used to refer to any of the Elvish languages of J.R.R. Tolkien, but especially Sindarin. So... I guess we are talking about Sindarin here.
Some grammar explanation:
http://www.uib.no/People/hnohf/sindarin.htm
A dictionary:
http://home.ix.netcom.com/~heensle/lang/elvish/elvish.html
Some Tengwar fonts:
http://www.tengwar.art.pl/tengwar/fonty.php
This paper describes how Sindarin can be written with Tengwar:

To transliterate to Tengwar:
http://tengwar.art.pl/tengwar/ott/start.php?l=en

I hope it can help you some way.
